We offer $5 shipping on most orders, excluding products like koozies, cups and napkins. If your order requires extra shipping we will email you for approval before moving forward with your order!
Proofs
For each line item ordered, we provide one proof as well as one round of changes to the original proof we send, *excluding most stationery products, Christmas cards (because you customize them online now) and products that have minimal customization. Additional changes and proofs will be billed at $7.00 per additional proof. If you want a proof of your Christmas card, that is available for $7.00 per proof. We will email the proof to the email address provided at checkout within 2-5 business days, excluding weekends and major holidays.
Estimated Timeline
Once proof is approved, printing typically takes 2-3 business days and shipping takes 1-2 business days. We cannot promise this timeline but it is what we usually expect.
