Payment Methods
We accept any US-issued, and most internationally-issued magstripe or chip cards bearing Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB or Union Pay logo. Cash and checks are also accepted – checks can be made payable to ‘Weezie B. Designs, LLC.’
Shipping
Most orders will be shipped USPS, however we do utilize FedEx, and UPS on occasion or if specified by client. We can not ship via FedEx or UPS to P. O. Boxes.

Proposal Timeline
The price quoted in the proposal is valid for three weeks.

Turnaround Times
We will email the proof to the email address provided at checkout within 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and major holidays. Should changes be required, an additional round of proofs can be provided and the client will be billed at $7.00 per additional change. Revisions will be handled in a timely manner. Upon approval, the order will go to the printer and product will be ready for pickup or shipment within 3-4 business days.

Refunds and Exchanges
No refunds and exchanges on customized items, unless error has been made on by Weezie B. If printing error has been made, Weezie B will discuss with printing company. If both a Weezie B. team member and the customer agree the quality of the product printing itself is not as expected, we will either reprint the card for free or issue a refund for the order. However, if the dissatisfaction is due to the customer not entering correct text or uploading a lower quality photograph that did not meet the standards listed for image upload, Weezie B. Designs will not be responsible for reprinting or a refund. This also includes photos that are out of focus or dark when uploaded. It is the customer's responsibility to lighten the photograph before uploading. If requested, our designers can make minor changes to the photos for an additional $7.00 per image. It is also fully the customer’s responsibility to ensure all text is entered correctly and a high quality photograph(s) is uploaded.

If your item requires a proof and, after approving the proof and receiving the item in the mail, you notice a mistake with the text, we will reprint your item at a discounted rate. You will be responsible for shipping. Please contact us at info@weezieb.com for all reprinting needs.

Mobile Terms Of Service

The Weezie B. Design mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Weezie B. Design (“Weezie B. Design”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Weezie B. Design’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Weezie B. Design through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Weezie B. Design. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18888972842 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Weezie B. Design mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

Other Policies
Proofing
Before your pieces go to print you must proof your content. It is not our responsibility to check your personal wording/information. Before approving your designs you must ensure the information on your pieces is correct. Examples of incorrect information include but are not limited to: errors in spelling, dates, and punctuation. Once we receive final approval on all pieces, they will be sent to print. Once your items have been approved and move to the printing process we cannot make any further changes. If any of your pieces are sent to the printer with an error that you failed to notice, you will be responsible for the cost of the original design and printing and the cost of optional reprint. If the final suite is approved by you but is printed with an error caused by Weezie B. Designs, such as sending the wrong file to print, then Weezie B. Designs will be responsible for the reprint

Digital Files
All digital invitation are sized and formatted to be sent via text message or email (9:16). It is not to be used with other invitation systems, such as paperless post. It is prohibited to print any Weezie B. Design digital files. 

Weezie B. Guarantee
Weezie B. guarantees that we will do our best to ensure the product you receive is up to our standards and that the in-hand product and the proof approved are as exact as we can make them. If you are unhappy with the product you receive and an error has been made on our end, we will do our best to rectify the situation. Our goal at Weezie B. is complete client satisfaction, so if you are unhappy with the product you received, email info@weezieb.com and if both a Weezie B. team member and the customer agree the quality of the product printing itself is not as expected, we will either reprint the card for free or issue a refund for the order.

Coloring
Colors may vary between screens and home printers, versus the commercial printers. Although we try our best to keep our colors consistent with what you see in our portfolio, we cannot promise an exact match to your screen, home printer, or previous pieces. We also cannot promise pieces printed through different processes or vendors will match. We recommend printing each item with the same process and vendor.

Ownership
If you have purchased a custom monogram, drawing, watercolor, illustration or other custom item, then that item is yours to use as you please on items for yourself. Resale of Weezie B. artwork will not be permitted and should this occur, Weezie B. will seek legal action to rectify the situation. Weezie B. does retain custom artwork and is free to use as needed on future orders. Unless specified Weezie B. Designs, LLC owns all designs.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or service that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).
We may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the website (including, the release of new tools and resources). Such new features and/or services shall also be subject to these Terms of Service.

Designs, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility.
