A quick note on shipping

We offer $5 shipping on most orders, excluding products like acrylic trays, koozies, cups and napkins. If your order requires extra shipping we will email you for approval before moving forward with your order!

We no longer offer Local Pick-up, but we tried to make shipping affordable enough so you won't miss it!

Proofs

For each line item ordered, we provide one proof as well as one round of changes to the original proof we send, *excluding most stationery products, Christmas cards (because you customize them online and see your final card before check out) and products that have minimal customization. Additional changes and proofs will be billed at $15.00 per additional proof. If you want a proof of your Christmas card, that is available for $15.00 per proof. Please respond to order confirmation email that would like a proof and we will send additional invoice followed by your proof. We will email the proof to the email address provided at checkout within 2-5 business days, excluding weekends and major holidays.

Estimated Timeline

Once proof is approved (if applicable), printing typically takes 3-4 business days and shipping takes 2-4 business days. We cannot promise this timeline but it is what we usually expect. Holiday printing and shipping may vary.
