We know the fine print isn’t always the fun part, but it helps everything run smoothly. Here you’ll find the details you need to know before we begin. This agreement is meant to serve as a clear guide so you feel confident moving forward with us.

The Details, Exclusions & Risk

Timeline
Before beginning your project, we’ll create an estimated schedule based on your requested delivery date. We always do our best to meet timelines, but exact dates cannot be guaranteed. To stay on track, we’ll need prompt responses to any questions we send your way. Delays in communication may push back your completion date. Once your order is shipped to you, we are not responsible for mailing or delivery issues.

Color Matching
Colors can appear differently across screens, home printers, and commercial printers. While we work hard to ensure consistency, we cannot guarantee an exact match to what you see on your device or past prints. For the most reliable results, we recommend printing all pieces using the same process and vendor.

Postal Regulations
When mailing invitations or suites, we follow USPS guidelines (see www.usps.comFor example, USPS recommends using “black ink on white or light paper” and avoiding “reverse type” (white text on dark backgrounds). We offer both options, but final responsibility for postage, mailing regulations, and returned mail lies with you and your chosen carrier. We cannot be held responsible for postal delays or damage.

Proofing Process
Before printing, you’ll receive proofs to review. While we carefully check designs, the final responsibility for accuracy rests with you. Please confirm that names, dates, spelling, punctuation, and all details are correct. Errors not corrected during proofing will not be eligible for a complimentary reprint.

Approval
Once you’ve given final approval, your pieces move into production and no further changes can be made. If errors are discovered after printing that were missed in proofing, you’ll be responsible for reprint costs.

Exclusions Printing & Paper – Quotes are based on your selected paper and printing method, and are valid for 30 days.
Shipping – Shipping fees are not included in your quote. Charges for mailing your suite or other items from Weezie B. Studio will be added separately.
