Our business hours are Monday-Friday from 9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. CST, except bank holidays. Emails received over the weekend will be reviewed on Monday, with the exception of holiday Mondays.
Custom orders are unique and take 2-10 business days for proof and/or shipping/delivery, depending on the amount of customizing needed. Invitations and stationery don't take as much time as sketches, watercolors or custom monograms.
